Spend the afternoon exploring Ao Nang Beach, a lively yet relaxed area filled with cafes, local shops, and beachfront dining. The evening is free for leisure — enjoy a gentle walk by the sea or unwind at your hotel.
Overnight in Krabi
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel by an English-speaking guide in a private minivan and driven to Klong Thom District, a destination known for its natural wonders beyond the beaches and islands. The first stop is a hot spring, where you can relax in naturally heated waters (38–42°C) rich in minerals, perfect for a soothing hydrotherapy bath amid the rainforest and shady trees. You will also have the chance to explore a lowland rainforest area, famous as the habitat of the Gurney’s Pitta bird, once thought extinct.
Next, visit the Emerald Lagoon, which involves a scenic 1,200-meter walk through the rainforest, providing opportunities to observe a variety of plant and animal species in their natural habitat.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, featuring authentic Thai cuisine.
In the afternoon, visit the Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Sua), one of Krabi’s most beautiful temples. Surrounded by serene gardens, plants, and flowers, it offers a peaceful setting ideal for meditation. For those seeking adventure, a climb of 1,260 steps leads to a golden pagoda at the top of the mountain, rewarding visitors with panoramic views of Krabi town and Khao Kanab Nam—a truly unforgettable sight.
Overnight in Krabi
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and enjoy a private transfer to Krabi Airport with an English-speaking guide for your flight to Bangkok.
Upon arrival in Bangkok, your English-speaking guide will escort you through the city’s main streets to the vibrant Chinatown district, where your first stop is Wat Traimit, the Temple of the Golden Buddha. This historic temple is home to a 5-ton solid gold Buddha, which remained hidden for centuries and carries a fascinating story of discovery.
Next, visit Wat Pho, the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, famous for its enormous 46-metre-long reclining statue. At the statue’s feet, admire a stunning engraving of 108 images representing the key virtues and positive actions in Buddhism. Following this, explore the Grand Palace, a magnificent complex and former royal residence of Thai kings from the 18th to mid-20th century, renowned for its intricate design blending traditional Thai architecture with Renaissance influences. Within the palace grounds, visit Wat Phra Kaew, or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Thailand’s most sacred temple. After the tour, return to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.
Overnight in Bangkok
After breakfast at the hotel, depart early in the morning with an English-speaking guide. On the way, stop at Mae Klong Market, located about 120 km from Bangkok in Samut Songkhram. Also known as Talad Rom Hub or the "Umbrella Pull-Down Market," this unique market sits along active railway tracks. Several times a day, vendors quickly pull back their goods and umbrellas to allow a train to pass, then resume business immediately. The market offers fresh produce, seafood, snacks, and local products, creating a fascinating mix of daily life and a must-see tourist spectacle.
Next, continue to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market in Ratchaburi province. Here, take a ride in a long-tail boat through the canals to witness the floating market in action, where vendors sell their goods from boat to boat or boat to shore. You’ll be amazed by the variety of local products and souvenirs available. After exploring the market, transfer to your hotel.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and return to your hotel, leaving the afternoon free at leisure.
In the evening, head to ICONSIAM, Bangkok’s stunning riverside shopping mall. From there, board a modern cruise ship for a buffet dinner along the Chao Phraya River. Savor authentic Thai cuisine while enjoying the peaceful river atmosphere, accompanied by traditional musicians. As the cruise glides past, admire the beautifully illuminated sights of Wat Arun and the Grand Palace, offering spectacular nighttime views of Bangkok’s iconic temples and landmarks.

Planning a trip to Thailand?
Visa requirements: In order to enter these countries, U.S. and Canadian citizens need a valid passport with an expiration date extending at least six months beyond the date of reentry.
- We recommend having at least two blank passport pages for entry stamps.
- There is no visa required for U.S. or Canadian citizens to enter the United Arab Emirates.
- If you are not a U.S. or Canadian citizen, you must contact each country’s consulate for your specific entry requirements.
Culture and customs: Avoid public displays of affection, particularly in rural areas. The head is considered the most sacred part of the body in Thai culture, so avoid touching people's heads.
Weather: Thailand has a tropical climate with distinct wet and dry seasons. Check the weather forecast for the region you'll be visiting to pack appropriate clothing.
Clothing: We suggest selecting lightweight and comfortable attire that can be easily layered to accommodate changing temperatures. A light jacket or rain gear might also come in handy. For exploring, a durable pair of walking shoes or sneakers is advisable. Keep in mind that you'll need to take off your shoes when visiting Buddhist religious sites. Outdoor excursions call for waterproof shoes or sandals, along with a swimsuit, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Binoculars can enhance your experience by providing a closer view of local wildlife and scenery. Consider packing slightly more formal clothing if you're planning to dine at upscale restaurants or attend special performances. Remember that it's respectful to avoid wearing attire that exposes bare legs and shoulders when visiting temples or religious sites, as entry could be declined based on this criterion.
Local laws: Respect local laws and regulations. Possession and use of drugs, even in small amounts, can lead to severe penalties.
Language: The official language is Thai. While English is spoken in tourist areas, learning a few basic Thai phrases can enhance your interactions with locals.
Currency: The currency in Thailand is the Thai Baht (THB). It's recommended to carry some local currency for small purchases, but credit and debit cards are widely accepted in urban areas.
Transportation: Thailand has a variety of transportation options, including tuk-tuks, taxis, buses, and trains. In urban areas, traffic can be congested, so plan your transportation accordingly.
Electricity: The standard voltage is 220V, and the outlets are usually two-pronged round or flat sockets. Consider bringing a universal adapter if needed
Time zone: Thailand is typically in the Indochina Time Zone (ICT), which is UTC+7.
Cuisine: Thai food is renowned for its flavors and variety. Embrace the opportunity to try local dishes, but be cautious with street food to avoid potential stomach issues. Drinking bottled water is advisable.
Safety: Thailand is generally considered safe for travelers, but exercise caution in crowded areas and be aware of common scams. Keep your belongings secure and be mindful of your surroundings.

REVIEW
This trip was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Phuket was stunning — I loved the viewpoint and Old Town tour. Phi Phi’s turquoise waters were straight out of a movie, and Krabi’s Emerald Pool was so relaxing. The Bangkok dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya River was the highlight — magical views and great food! Highly recommend this itinerary for a balanced mix of adventure and relaxation.
Every detail of the trip was taken care of — from smooth airport transfers to friendly local guides. I really enjoyed exploring Phuket’s temples and beaches, then moving on to Phi Phi for snorkeling and sunsets. Krabi’s Hot Springs and Tiger Cave Temple were breathtaking, and the floating market near Bangkok was a photographer’s dream. Great balance of culture and nature!
This itinerary gave us the real Thailand experience! The local representatives were warm and professional, and every stop — from the serene Wat Chalong Temple to the lively Phi Phi Islands — felt special. I’ll never forget the view from Promthep Cape and the energy of Bangkok’s night cruise. Perfect mix of sightseeing and downtime — I’d do it again in a heartbeat!
