Thank you for choosing Voyages Hub. To ensure that you understand the conditions of your chosen vacation, please read the following policies and procedures completely. 

These Booking Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and where your tour is booked via our website, together with any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with Voyages Hub Tours Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and ““your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking (“Lead Name") agrees on behalf of themselves and all persons detailed on the booking that:

  1. he/she has read these Booking Conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them.
  2. he/she consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorized on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements);
  3. he/she is over 18 years of age and was placing an order for services with age restrictions and declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services.
  4. he/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking; and
  5. he/she has read and reviewed in full the Trip Notes, Tailor-made Itinerary, and Invoice/s prior to securing a reservation with payment and is satisfied that the information contained therein.

General Vacation Details

Traveler Information

To make a reservation, we require that you provide certain Required Traveler Information for each traveler, such as the full legal name, gender, birthdate, and passport information, as required by law and/or reasonably required to enable us and our Providers to provide the services you have purchased. We also need contact information from the person making the reservation, such as their address, phone number, and email address. We ask for each other traveler's phone number and email address so that we can contact them in case of last-minute itinerary changes, or emergencies, or to communicate important information during the Tour, such as COVID-19 test results. We also require the name and contact information of a designated emergency contact person who is not traveling with the traveler.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide on your booking for yourself, and other travelers are complete and accurate. We will not be liable under any circumstances for any errors or omissions in the information you have provided to us, or for any fees or damages resulting from such errors or omissions. Following the completion of your booking, we will send you an email with a link to a secure page on our website where you can enter the above Required Traveler Information. This information must be provided in its entirety prior to the Final Payment Due Date, or your reservation may be canceled.


Prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise mentioned, based on rates in effect at the time of publishing, and are subject to change without notice. Prices depend on numerous factors including, fuel and exchange rates. Prices are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, If any of the costs increase, Voyages Hub may increase the price of any item. Voyages Hub reserves the right to increase or decrease prices and will make all efforts to advise of price increases at least 15 days prior to the departure date. Voyages Hub reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Voyages hub receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.

All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  There is no minimum age on independent packages. Discounts for children sharing a room as a third may apply to children under 12. Most hotels do not permit children under 18 to occupy a room without an adult. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children including providing any necessary safety equipment (such as infant/child seats) where appropriate. Please note that many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a person under the age of 18 years will be traveling with an adult other than his/her parents, or with only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-traveling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel should be carried.


Unless otherwise noted, the price of your holiday includes what is referred to as “the price includes" with respect to each holiday. All hotel information that was provided by the applicable hotel management and any features that are temporarily unavailable or which have been permanently withdrawn – for whatever reason – do not have any cash value and are non-refundable. Any features can be changed by a hotel, attraction, or Voyages Hub, with or without prior notice.


Price does not include the cost of personal /trip cancellation/baggage insurance or transportation of excess baggage. Items not included in your package holiday include entry and exit fees, entry visas, passports, health certificates, laundry, dry cleaning, some a la carte restaurants, meals and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages not mentioned in itineraries, casino, medical services, excursions, telephone calls, internet access, faxes, spa, and salon services, safe, mini-bar, tips, resort fees, City Taxes, and baggage charges, gratuities for local guides, driver, end of tour gratuities for the tour manager.

Taxes and Service Charges: All travel services are subject to various charges such as departure taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel service charges, government hotel taxes, visa fees, etc. The exact taxes and amounts vary by destination, product, and season. These charges are shown as an additional amount depending upon the destination and are subject to change at any time without notice



To secure your Tour Only booking, you must pay a deposit using one of our accepted payment methods, which will be applied to the cost of your package.  Certain tours will now require a higher deposit. Deposits differ depending on the package, and some departure dates and/or cities may require a different deposit. To determine the required deposit, please consult the package page, begin a booking, or contact us. Changes or customizations to our packages may necessitate a higher or additional deposit. After we confirm your booking, deposits are generally nonrefundable.

Guaranteed deposit at the time of booking. Sorry, but this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Insurance, which is strongly recommended, must be purchased at the time of deposit. The deposit is $500 per person for all destinations, except for Africa, Ecuador, and Galapagos which is $700 per person.

For Sun destinations, full payment is due for online bookings made within 45 days of departure. Bookings outside of 45 days may be permitted to apply a deposit based on the third-party supplier terms and conditions.

There may be certain tours and arrangements which will require a higher deposit. The exact amount will be advised at the time of booking. In addition to the deposit, we require full payment for the air portion in order to issue airline tickets and guarantee the fare. It is recommended that we receive a confirmation on land prior to issuing airline tickets. 


Travelers can either pay in full or avail flexible payment plan. Once the travelers have paid the deposit, they enjoy the flexibility to make payments of any amount at any time.


If you have a balance due after making your reservation, you must pay it using one of our accepted payment methods by your final payment due date. Your booking's due date will be listed during the booking process, in your booking receipt email, under Your Booking, and on your invoice. You may make as many payments in any amount as you like until the due date. If you do not pay in full by the due date, your reservation will be subject to a $50 late fee. If you have not paid in full within 15 days of the due date, your reservation will be canceled, and your deposit will be lost. If you make payments in excess of your balance due, you have the option of receiving a refund or converting the excess amount to a Travel Credit with no expiration date You can also call us at 888-969-2596 to find out which terms apply to your Tour.


Refunds will be processed and issued as soon as possible. If we need to recover funds already paid to our partners for your services, we will issue your refund after we have recovered those funds. The majority of refunds are processed within six weeks of their request. Refunds for credit card payments will be credited to the same card, as long as your refund does not exceed the amount paid on the card. Otherwise, your refund will be issued in the form of a check.

Voyages Hub may not be able to refund you in full for changes that are made for reasons of Force Majeure, namely war or threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, weather causing beach erosion, epidemics or health risks, technical or mechanical problems with transport, flight delays due to weather, government action, closed or congested airports or seaports, supplier insolvency and any events beyond our control.


Voyages Hub accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards and when paying with any of these credit cards Voyages Hub Travel will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement. By authorizing the use of your credit card to pay for the travel services provided by Voyages Hub you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. By providing Voyages Hub with authorization to use your credit card you are confirming that you will pay the total amount charged for those services to the card issuer in accordance with your cardholder agreement. If the credit card holder is not one of the people traveling, a Credit Card verification process will be required, including the completion of a Third-Party Credit Card Form and presentation of two pieces of government-issued identification.


Occasionally banks will charge their customers a fee for making a payment in a different currency, or to a business in another country. This fee is not something that Voyages Hub, our Bank, or our Merchant Service provider applies, instead, it is completely down to the customer’s bank. To learn more about why the extra fee was charged, cardholders will need to reach out to their bank directly and clarify it.


If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason, you must do so in writing. Cancellations are subject to fees that vary depending on the date of booking, the date of cancellation, and the package; select a package for more information. Cancellation fees are subject to change at any time, and your reservation is subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. A copy of the Terms and Fee Schedule that govern your booking should be available under Your Booking or as an attachment to your booking confirmation email.

When you cancel, we will refund all monies paid, less the following:

  • your deposit or the applicable cancellation fee, whichever is greater
  • the cost of any issued flight tickets if nonrefundable, or any airline cancellation fee if refundable

When you request cancellation, we will notify you of the total of these fees and, if applicable, your total refund. As indicated in the fee schedule, in some cases, we may apply some or all of the cancellation fee we withhold as a Travel Credit, which does not expire and can be used toward any future booking.

If you make a reservation for two or more travelers, one or more of those travelers may cancel while the remaining traveler(s) may continue. Only the canceling travelers will be charged cancellation fees. If this change necessitates the conversion of any double occupancy rooms or cabins to single occupancy, the remaining traveler(s) are responsible for any applicable single occupancy rates, which will be added to their balance due. In some cases, a new traveler may be added to a booking to replace an existing traveler. If this is the case, there will be a name change fee as well as any applicable airline and other vendor fees, particularly for any issued flight tickets.

Cancellation Fees Schedule


  • Final Payment Due Date: Due 145 days before departure
  • Cancellation Fees:
  • Up to 145 days before departure: $500 per person Non-Refundable / Non-transferrable Deposit
  • 120-144 days before departure: 50% of the cost per person
  • 60-119 days before departure: 80% of the cost per person
  • 59 days or fewer before departure: No refund is available.

For Sun Destinations, once booked, cancellations and/or changes may result in a 100% penalty. Some changes may be permitted, administration fees will apply.  A written request may be required for any changes to the reserved portion of the services. Any changes to your booking are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the tour operator

Other specific supplier and airline cancellation penalties may apply in addition to the above cancellation and amendment fees charged by Voyages Hub. There will be no refund for unused land arrangements. All cancellations are required in writing.

The mentioned cancellation policy and schedule are in effect unless otherwise specified and subject to change.

If You Cancel Your Package Booking Before Departure

You may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us and will be effective from the date on which we receive it.

Should one or more members of a party cancel, it may increase the per-person holiday price of those still traveling and you will be liable to pay this increase.

Since we incur costs in canceling your arrangements, cancellation charges will be applied as shown below calculated from the day when written notice is received by us. The more notice we receive, the less we will charge you. However, in addition to the charges shown below many air tickets have no refund value whatsoever and, therefore, airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges and the cost of a new ticket. Cancellation charges apply as follows:


The company reserves the right to cancel, or reschedule any tour for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient demand, unsafe conditions, or travel restrictions introduced by the destination. In the event Voyages Hub must cancel, or reschedule a Tour, we will notify you prior to the Final payment Due Date unless cancellation or rescheduling is due to an unforeseen circumstance that arises after the final payment date.

If any tour is canceled, Voyages Hub Tours Inc. shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid by the Passenger which shall be deemed to constitute full settlement. 

If any tour is rescheduled, Voyages Hub tours will issue a future tour credit for the amount paid to Voyages Hub through the date of such cancellation or rescheduling, less any non-refundable provider fees and penalties, including, but not limited to hotel and airline cancellation fees.  Voyages Hub will reach out to assist you with rebooking your trip for a future date or a different tour. If you prefer not to rebook and cancel the booking entirely, then Voyages Hub will refund less any non-refundable provider fees and penalties, including, but not limited to hotel and airline cancellation fees

Voyages Hub will not be liable for any Liabilities, as defined below, resulting from any cancellation, suspension, or rescheduling, including, but not limited to, the cost of any connecting flights, accommodations, airport transportation, visas, document fees, vaccinations, or other services you may purchase that are dependent on the operation of your trip. Voyages Hub is not liable for any incidental or consequential losses incurred as a result of a canceled booking. Wherever possible, we recommend that you wait until after your final payment due date to purchase any such Tour-related services.

Voyages Hub Tours Inc. cannot guarantee weather conditions, nor can Voyages Hub Tours Inc. be responsible for any shutdowns, whether wholly or partially of the operations of any services in connection with the trip whether they be caused by weather or for any reason or cause.

We will give you written notice as soon as possible if your tour is canceled, modified, or another departure date is available. We will also give you a credit for the money you have paid us that can be applied to a future tour or date change. A CREDIT TO YOU OF ANY AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US TO BE USED AT A LATER DATE IS THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF OUR RESPONSIBILITY IN SUCH A CASE.


Correction of a name, change of name, change of departure date, or change of the type of tour, is possible if accepted by the supplier but subject to the applicable fee.  Changing all names on the reservation constitutes a cancellation. If rooming requirements are altered due to a cancellation by one or more passengers, the passengers still traveling must pay the applicable rate for the accommodation to be occupied. Once travel has commenced, no changes to the booking are permitted.

The vacation packages are prepared months in advance, and sometimes one of the advertised services or locations is modified or not available.  On occasion, after your booking is confirmed, we may have to make changes to the services that are part of the package. Most often this will be minor, however, we may have to make a Major Change before you depart. Major Change includes:

  • change of destination.
  • change of time of departure or return by more than 24 hours.
  • change of the standard of accommodation.
  • increase in the cost of the vacation package of more than 7% (unless the government imposed it).
  • change of route necessitating other identification or documentation when there is insufficient time to meet these requirements before departure; and
  • an error in our rates.

If we must make a Major Change, we will advise you and you may:

  • accept the change.
  • select one of our alternate vacation packages at the applicable price; or
  • cancel completely and obtain a full refund of the price you paid.

Sometimes the hotel featured on the itinerary may not be available because of unexpected maintenance or overbooking.  If this is the case, Voyages Hub will provide a substitute hotel, of an equal or greater standard. If Voyages Hub is obliged to downgrade the accommodation, and you accept that offered change, Voyages Hub will provide you with a partial refund.  We reserve the right to change our published prices without notice and to pass on to you all government-imposed taxes, transportation fees, and surcharges, including fuel and currency fluctuations.

COVID-19 Vaccination

Vaccinations will no longer be required for travel, In accordance with CDC recommendations. However, Voyages Hub Tours continues to strongly advise all guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including keeping up with boosters as recommended by your doctor and local health authorities.

Some destinations may have stricter entry requirements, and in these cases, the requirements of the destination take precedence. It is your responsibility to be aware of and abide by any destination entry requirements, as well as to bring proof of vaccination with you on the trip and be prepared to present it upon request.

Voyages Hub is not responsible and shall not be liable to any traveler for any destination-imposed travel or entry requirement related to COVID-19, including but not limited to vaccination, testing, or other public health requirements.  Customers who are unwilling or unable to comply with such travel or entry requirements and choose to cancel their tour are subject to the Standard Cancellation Policy.  Voyages Hub also reserves the right in its sole discretion to, in good faith efforts to protect against health concerns, exceed destination-imposed travel or entry requirements and require full vaccination against COVID-19, pre-tour and on-tour testing for COVID-19, and other public health measures for travelers to a certain destination.  In such an event, travelers unable or unwilling to meet such requirements must notify Voyages Hub of their decision to cancel by no later than their tour’s Tour Finalization Date. Travelers acknowledge that Voyages Hub’s sole obligation in that instance is to issue a Future Travel Voucher in all amounts paid (less the cost of travel protection, if purchased) that may be used for future travel.


Changes to an existing reservation up to the Final Payment Date, whatever the cause, will incur a $50 per person change fee, potential loss of any supplier fees (such as non-refundable event tickets, and park permit reservations) plus any costs for replacement services. On/ after the Final Payment Date, the $50 change fee is no longer valid, instead, cancellation terms apply. This includes name changes* and the removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. *Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.


Once the trip has begun, unused services cannot be refunded. There will be no refunds for travelers who miss any part of the itinerary.


At Voyages Hub, we believe that the most important aspects of your vacation are your safety and enjoyment. Travel insurance is thus required whenever you travel.

Before you begin your tour, make sure you have adequate insurance coverage for baggage, medical expenses, and the cost of repatriation if you become too ill to continue traveling. Furthermore, we strongly advise you to include tour cancellation coverage if you must cancel your reservation prior to departure due to serious illness or injury to yourself, a member of your immediate family, or traveling companions.

Voyages Hub Tours has partnered with Tripmate for US residents and Tugo for Canadian residents to provide a travel protection plan for your convenience. Travel cancellation for a covered reason, interruption or travel delays, missed connections, medical emergency expenses and evacuation, lost or delayed baggage, and other benefits are available.

Trip Operation

We make every effort to ensure that our tours and packages run smoothly and according to the schedules. However, international travel is complicated, and we reserve the right to change our itineraries as needed to keep everything running smoothly. Please check our website for the most recent version of your itinerary, which we will also send you at least 14 days before departure. The planned itinerary is representative of the types of accommodations, transportation, and activities planned; however, the actual itinerary, including routes, schedules, amenities, modes of transportation, and other items, may be subject to change or substitution without prior notice due to circumstances on the ground or at the recommendation of our destination partners. In these instances, We will make every effort to ensure that the changes provide an equal or better experience for our visitors. We will not be held liable for any damages resulting from these changes.

In rare cases, due to circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure below), and for the safety, comfort, and well-being of our travelers, it may become necessary to make significant changes to our itineraries, such as omitting specific destinations or segments of a tour, or even canceling a departure entirely. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will also make every effort to obtain refunds from our suppliers for unused services, which we will refund to your account.

However, refunds from all of our suppliers may not be possible (especially for ticketed flights), and we cannot guarantee a refund of your entire package price. Please review our Refund Policy.


Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Booking Conditions we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by “Force Majeure". For the purposes of these Booking Conditions, Force Majeure means any event beyond our or our supplier’s control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare and acts of terrorism (and the threat thereof), civil strife, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination, or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or weather conditions that make it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination or remain at the travel destination, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, labor strikes, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable technical problems with transport and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s) concerned’ s control.

Third-Party Suppliers

Voyages Hub Tours arranges for airlines, cruise lines, hotels and other lodging providers, coach companies, transfer operators, shore excursion operators, tour and local guides, activity providers, and other independent parties ("Third Party Suppliers") to provide you with some or all of the components of your booking Third-party suppliers may also employ local operators and subcontractors. We choose Third Party Suppliers with care, but we do not supervise or control them and cannot be held liable for their actions or omissions.

In the absence of our own negligence, we shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitution of equipment; loss or damage to baggage or property; injury, illness, or death; or any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from any act, omission, error or negligence whatsoever by air carriers, rail, coach & ship cruise companies, hotels, transportation companies, other persons providing any of the services and accommodations to travelers, or any other person not our direct employee or under our exclusive control. Air carriers, rail, coach & ship cruise companies are not to be held responsible for any act, omissions, or events during the times that passengers are not aboard their aircraft or conveyances. We are not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties.

The international carriage of passengers is subject to international conventions and treaties, where applicable. These international agreements limit and, in some cases, exclude the carrier's liability to travelers. Where any claim or part of a claim (including those involving death or personal injury) concerns or involves any travel arrangements (including the process of getting on or off the transport concerned) provided by any air, sea, inland waterways, rail, or road carrier or any stay in a hotel, our maximum liability is the maximum which would be payable by the carrier, or the hotel keeper concerned under the applicable international convention, treaty, or regulation applicable to the travel arrangements or hotel stay (for example the Warsaw Convention, the Montreal Convention for international travel by air, etc.) in that situation.


Travel documents and tickets, joining and departure details, supplier addresses, and phone contacts will be sent upon receipt of final payment. Airline tickets contain conditions as well as the terms of carriage. Please read these conditions carefully as they affect your legal rights


It is your responsibility to check and fulfill the passport, visa, health, and immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. We can only provide general information about this. You must check requirements for your own specific circumstances with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates and your own doctor as applicable. Requirements do change, please ensure your information is up to date. 

If your passport is in its final year, you should check with the Embassy of the country you are visiting. For further information contact the Passport Office

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.  Some countries require two - six blank pages in the passport for stamping purposes

Any information provided pertains to US & Canadian citizens only. Non-US & Canadian citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.

Voyages Hug Tours Inc. is not responsible for any change to a confirmed travel plan due to passport validity, which may incur additional fees, cancellation penalties, or loss of service if guests cannot travel. 

Online bookings:

Auto-generated e-mails are sent immediately after payment is made to confirm payment has been received. Online bookings are not confirmed until a personalized e-mail detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member of our reservation team.

Airline Booking

Voyages Hub offers a choice of airlines and airfares for your convenience but is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airline selected. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Voyages hub is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not issued by Voyages hub due to schedule and/or flight changes.

Do not book flights until you have received a personalized confirmation email from our reservations team which will be within 24 hours of receiving your online booking. We endeavor to display accurate availability on our website, though on rare occasions online bookings are made concurrently with others and our website can not reflect this information

Airline Contact Information: Pursuant to Airline regulations, passengers are responsible to provide Voyages hub with their name as it appears on their passport (or other government-issued I.D. when traveling), date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email, and fax data for all passengers. Passengers must ensure that names are correctly listed on their invoices. Voyages hub will not be responsible for passengers who do not receive an invoice or documents or are denied boarding due to inaccurate information.

Airline Name Changes: Any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and re-booked. Reservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking. Once airline tickets are issued, subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee which may be as much as the full value of the airline ticket plus a $50 revision fee per change. Voyages Hub will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy. Name changes must be advised in writing.

Airline Taxes & Surcharges: If you purchased airfare, airline taxes, and surcharges are included. Prior to the completion of full payment, there is a potential for a price increase(s) due to increases in government-levied taxes and fees and/or increased surcharges. To avoid potential increases, you may choose to accelerate your final payment in order that your tickets may be issued. Once issued, airline tickets are no longer subject to potential increases but are fully non-refundable. Certain overseas domestic flights are subject to air taxes which can only be paid locally; in these cases, the specific flights and amounts of those taxes will be indicated in our final documents

Airline Tickets: Once full payment is received, airline tickets will be issued and are fully non-refundable. Should airline tickets require to be issued earlier than the Final Payment Due date, you may be required to pay a larger non-refundable deposit and/or complete full payment. Once issued, some Published Instant Purchase Airfare tickets may be changed prior to the departure date, and the airfare applied toward travel within 12 months of the original date of issue for a fee of $200 or more plus any difference in airfare; however, some tickets are non-changeable; specific fees and policies may vary by airline. Please note that some airlines do not accept all major credit cards for payment of Published Instant Purchase Airfare.

Airline Seat Assignments: As a courtesy service, airline seat assignments are requested on your behalf and are displayed in the order of Passenger #1, #2, and so on. Assignments reflect the best available seats at the time of booking. Some airlines and/or fare types do not allow for pre-seating and require this be done at airport check-in only; in this case, the display shows “N/A". Seats are subject to change by your airline(s) including, for example, when there is a schedule change or equipment change after your initial booking; this may cause seat assignments to be changed or even canceled. In the event that you change seat assignments directly with your airline, changes will not be reflected on this display. At the time that Voyages hub documents are issued, the currently assigned seats will be listed based on the assignments stored in your airline reservation at that time. Should you have questions regarding your assignments, please write to us.

Airline Frequent Flier Programs: Passengers are responsible to contact their airline directly regarding mileage eligibility and accrual. Airline frequent flier programs determine whether to award miles in part or total based on their own rules which are updated frequently. Some discounted or promotional airfares as well as some code-share flights are not eligible for mileage accrual. Some private airfares, such as a “Voyages Hub Airfare", are not eligible for mileage or may qualify for reduced mileage, even if the same airline class of service is eligible for full mileage when sold as an “Instant Purchase” published airfare. Not all published airfares are eligible for mileage. Voyages hub will record frequent flier numbers when provided by the passenger prior to travel documents being issued. However, the addition of frequent flier numbers to airline records does not guarantee mileage eligibility which is at the sole discretion of each airline. Airline schedule changes may result in flights that were originally eligible for mileage accrual no longer being eligible. We highly recommend passengers provide their frequent flier account information whenever checking in online and/or at the airport check-in desk. After travel has commenced, it is often not possible to apply for frequent mileage credit. Passengers are also responsible to determine whether previously earned mileage may be applied to flights to secure upgrades.

Airline Schedule Changes: In the event of an airline schedule change, Voyages Hub will make every effort to inform passengers of the schedule change and new flight schedule prior to departure. Voyages Hub is not responsible for schedule changes including, when applicable, changes in routing and/or the number of stops in the itinerary. Voyages Hub is unable to provide compensation for schedule changes, seat assignment modifications, or cancellations implemented by an airline. In the event of any change in flight itinerary made directly between passengers and their airline, it is the passenger’s responsibility to advise Voyages Hub of amended flight details in writing. Voyages Hub cannot be held responsible for land services, including arrival and/or departure transfers if flights are changed without its knowledge.

Airline Baggage: Checked bags are typically limited to a total dimension of 62 inches by adding length + width + height (example: 26 +26 +10 = 62), and a maximum weight of 50 lbs (23kg). Smart Bags with a USB charging port, GPS tracking device, and other high-tech features are prohibited as checked or carry-on baggage unless the bag is made with removable batteries and the batteries are removed and stored separately. For specific requirements of your airline and for a complete list of fees, please visit the individual airline websites for more information. Many airlines apply charges for checked bags including flights that begin and end within the USA. Voyages Hub avoids the most inexpensive airfare options commonly known as Basic Economy airfares which typically do not include any checked bags nor seat assignments before the day of departure. However, for some airlines, other airfare categories also do not include checked baggage. This will be clearly displayed in our airfare selection and on your invoice. Where available, we highly recommend selecting airfares that include at least 1 piece of checked baggage. Voyages hub is not responsible for checked bag fees, excess luggage or weight charges levied by an airline. Checked baggage allowances displayed on reservation details and invoices reflect the applicable allowance at the time of booking but are subject to change by your airline(s). If your luggage is lost or damaged by the airlines, a baggage claim form must be filed with the carrier before leaving the airport

Aircraft Cabin Disinfection Disclaimer

Some countries may require aircraft cabin insecticide treatment for inbound foreign flights. Travelers Needing Special Assistance

You must report any disability requiring special attention to Voyages Hub at the time your booking is made. * Voyages Hub will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. It is strongly recommended that persons requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the assistance. Neither Voyages Hub nor its personnel, nor its suppliers, may physically lift or assist clients into transportation vehicles. If a traveler thinks he or she might need assistance during a trip, he or she should call Voyages Hub to determine what assistance might reasonably be given. Voyages Hub cannot provide special individual assistance to tour members with special needs for walking, dining, or other routine activities.

*To request a wheelchair-accessible room on a cruise, the traveler or person sharing the room must have a recognized disability that alters a major life function and requires the use of a mobility device and the use of the accessible features provided in the wheelchair-accessible stateroom.

Holiday and Museum Closures

Museum visits and personal shopping time may be disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, or many religious, state and local holidays observed throughout the world.

Hotel Accommodations


Advertised prices are based on maximum occupancy. Rooms may consist of any combination of the following, based on occupancy: one king-sized bed, one queen-sized bed, one double-sized bed, two queen-sized beds, two double beds, a pull-out couch, a roll-away bed, or a single bed. Upon booking the Trip, should you not provide the names of desired roommates, Voyages Hub Tours Inc. may match you with other passengers based on the chosen occupancy. Voyages Hub Tours Inc. is not in any way liable for injury, loss, or damage as a result of roommate matching. Single and double-room upgrades are available at an additional cost.

All rooms are standard King or Queen or twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel’s management on a run-of-house basis. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preferences, and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds or one double bed plus a sofa/folding bed or cot for a third person except in the U.S. and Canada, where triple rooms often consist of two double/queen beds for three persons; a fee may be charged by the hotel for the addition of a cot/rollaway. Some single rooms are smaller than standard room sizes. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Although available at most 4- and 5-star hotels, the use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Many European and Canadian hotels were built before central air-conditioning was introduced. Air-conditioning is often shut down at night and from the end until the start of the summer months. All hotel rates are based on Voyages Hub agreements with its suppliers and are not negotiable. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. If a day room is included in the itinerary, check-out will normally be 6:00 p.m. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations.


Transfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach provided airfare is purchased from Voyages Hub. If you purchase a land-only tour, or if you deviate from the arrival and/or departure dates as stated in the itinerary, you will have the option to add transfer services to your reservation. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time to compensate for minor delays. The voyages hub or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time. In case of a delay, whether due to flight delay, immigration, and customs, or time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are not refundable, and any additional expenses will be your responsibility. The cost of a transfer is more expensive than hiring a taxi, as a Voyages Hub transfer necessarily includes round trip service, or ‘dead-leg’, meaning that our driver must come to the airport, hotel, or pier only to pick you up and necessarily loses a one-way fare. Often the places of call (airports, seaports, hotels) demand entrance and parking fees, where drivers may have to wait for up to an hour. Voyages Hub transfer drivers, while not employees of Voyages Hub, are reliable and work year-round for Voyages Hub clients. They provide you with a full welcome service, transfer you to the correct location, and are prepared to answer your questions along your ride. Passengers comfortable hiring a taxi on their own and do not require assistance will save money.


Any optional tour or physical activity you undertake at the destination contains a risk of personal injury, loss, or damage to you and/or your personal possessions. You agree as part of your agreement with Voyages Hub to assume the entire risk of any and all such injury, loss, or damage which you may suffer during or arising out of your participation in any optional tour or physical activity, however, it may be caused. Voyages Hub makes arrangements with independent third parties to provide services in connection with the optional tours and physical activities. Voyages Hub exercises great care in choosing these independent third parties but does not have control over them and, therefore, is not responsible for, nor can be held liable for, any acts or omissions or negligence of these independent third parties, their employees, servants, agents, or subcontractors. These independent third parties are not agents or employees of Voyages Hub despite their use of any signage or clothing which may contain the name “Voyages Hub" or other related trade names or logos. The optional tours and physical activities are subject to conditions and limitations imposed by independent third parties and the laws of the country in which they operate. You agree as part of your agreement with Voyages Hub to release, discharge, and indemnify Voyages Hub from any and all liability or claims of any nature arising out of or in relation to any loss, damage, injury, or illness whether physical or mental, resulting from any delay, substitution of equipment, or any act, omission or negligence of the independent third parties, their employees, servants, agents, and subcontractors resulting from or arising out of any of the optional tours or physical activities. Before participating in any optional tour or physical activity you may be required to sign a written release forever releasing, discharging, and indemnifying Voyages Hub from any and all claims of any nature arising out of or related to any such optional tours or physical activity

Seat Rotation

Seats are rotated onboard the coach for all Voyages Hub tours under the direction of the tour manager. So that we do not show partiality among passengers, exceptions cannot be made.

Maps and Photos

Maps shown on tour pages are current at the time of printing and may not reflect actual tour routing should the tour change. Photos shown on tour pages are reflective of the area(s) visited but may not be included in the actual tour itinerary and the conditions you experience may be different than depicted in the photograph(s).

Baggage Disclaimer

Although every effort is made to handle passengers’ luggage as carefully as possible, Voyages Hub is not responsible for and does not assume liability or accept claims for loss of or damage to luggage due to breakage, theft or wear and tear through airline/airport, hotel, and group carrier handling. It is recommended for your own self-interest and protection that you have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities. Check with your sales agent for low-cost insurance to cover these risks. Voyages Hub is not responsible for submitting your insurance claim.

There are limitations by coach and air carrier as to the number and size of bags that can be carried onboard and in bulk storage. Be sure to ask your travel professional about such restrictions before departing for your tour.

Checked Baggage Charges: Some airlines impose additional charges if you choose to check baggage. Please contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information regarding your airline’s checked baggage policies. Please be advised baggage fees may apply on most trans-border flights. This is a fee levied by the airlines, not Voyages Hub, and may be subject to change.


Our Voyages Hub representatives are stationed in most destinations to offer assistance and liaise with the service providers to resolve any problems during your stay. Any problem must be brought to the service provider’s attention or the Voyages Hub Representative’s attention immediately so that they can work to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday. It is very important that you bring any problem to the service provider’s attention immediately so that it has the opportunity to rectify the problem. Please note that your failure to report your concerns may preclude your right to a claim.

Local Laws

When traveling, you must always follow the laws and regulations of the places you visit. Any illegal act may result in your removal from a tour and fines or punishment from local authorities, for which we cannot be held liable.


Voyages Hub endeavors to keep you up to date regarding conditions in your destination, including travel document requirements and travel advisories, but it cannot guarantee the information. Therefore, Canadians, 

please visit http://travel.gc.ca/travelling/advisories, and  US Citizens, please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories.html/ before departure so that you are aware of any relevant travel advisories before finalizing your travel plans. It is your responsibility to comply with the customs, rules, and laws of the country you visit. If you conduct yourself in a threatening manner, Voyages Hub and any service provider may refuse you service or expel you from the premises. In such circumstances, you will be responsible for all costs arising out of your expulsion and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your vacation.


Each client is responsible for proper documentation and inoculations that may be required and/or recommended to participate in the tour. Please contact your local travel clinic or personal doctor for specific details on the destinations you are traveling to and from. If you decide to make a reservation, you assume responsibility to select a trip most appropriate to your physical abilities and may be required to understand that the medical facilities may not be similar to what you are accustomed to at home. You must bring enough medication with you for the trip. Members are also responsible for studying pre-departure information; for bringing all necessary equipment and clothing and must abide by the authority of our Tour Leaders and/or local agents and guides. We reserve the right to refuse the application of anyone and/or expel any tour member whose conduct is incompatible with the interest and well-being of other tour participants. Any costs associated with removal will be borne by the passenger.

Any person reserving or purchasing any Voyages Hub product published on this website accepts the condition that Voyages Hub reserves to itself the exclusive right to cancel, re-schedule or make other adjustments to any guided vacation departure in any circumstances deemed necessary, including in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control, including for tours designated as “guaranteed departures.” If cancellation is made by Voyages Hub any time prior to the departure date of the guided vacation, except when a customer fails to pay the final balance on time, Voyages Hub, at its sole discretion, will offer a comparable vacation on an alternate departure date or reserves the right to offer a future travel credit. Voyages Hub will refund any difference in price if the alternative date is of a lower price, however, the guest will be responsible for additional costs if the alternative is priced higher. Voyages Hub will not be liable for cancellation, delay, rescheduling, or other adjustment or impact to a departure or itinerary or other aspects of the vacation brought about due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control that prevents or interferes with any aspect of the tour, also including governmental and administrative actions. Voyages Hub is not responsible for other travel arrangements affected due to our cancelations or change costs or penalties incurred on other travel arrangements, including air tickets.

Published times on itineraries are as accurate as possible but subject to change due to traffic, weather, mechanical, and any other conditions beyond Voyages Hub’s control that prevent Voyages Hub from operating as scheduled. Voyages Hub expressly disclaims any liability for any damages that may be incurred for any changes, cancellations, or delays on any itinerary on any Voyages Hub tour.

All rates on foreign tours are subject to fluctuations of currency and may be changed, when necessary, without advance notice prior to deposit.

All rates published are per person as indicated and are based on double occupancy when only one rate is shown. Reservations will be accepted subject to availability at the time of request and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum deposit. Child land rates are available and are valid for ages 5-12, sharing a room with two full-paying adults.

Voyages Hub does not accept liability in the case of any passenger being denied boarding by any airline carrier due to the carrier’s overbooking of a flight.


Voyages Hub monitors security situations around the world as well as government travel advisories. Conditions may require Voyages Hub to change or even cancel trips. You accept the risks involved in travel, both foreign and domestic, and accept responsibility for your own travel decisions. Guest may be required to review and sign a participation agreement prior to engaging in certain activities on the trip. 

Voyages Hub, and/or its agents, act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor, or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. If it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or wellbeing of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is affected thereby. The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the Airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should condition warrant, and also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as members of the tours. Voyages Hub or agents can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.

Voyages Hub, its owners, employees, and affiliates, (collectively “Voyages Hub”) does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. Independent contractors may utilize the Voyages Hub logo on signage solely for identification purposes which do not signify Voyages Hub ownership, management, or control. As a result, Voyages Hub is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, Voyages Hub is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics other natural disaster, infectious disease, including, but not limited to, Novel Coronavirus (i.e. COVID-19), and any related quarantine or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Voyagers Hub. In addition, I release Voyages Hub from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof. This agreement shall serve as a release for you, your heirs, administrators, executors, and all members of your family including any minors accompanying you. Trip members grant Voyages Hub Tours Inc. express permission to take a photographic record of its trips for promotional and commercial use.


You are aware that travel such as that You are undertaking involves hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury, or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects, or flora, the negligence of Voyages Hub, or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of the willful or criminal conduct of third parties.  You are aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse, and/or unpleasant. You are also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which You are participating in the trip. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip you are willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of my adventure. You hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury, or death and release Voyages Hub from claims of third-party negligence.

You understand the physical requirements of the activity in which you will be participating, and currently have no known physical, medical, or mental condition which would impair my ability to participate in this tour or my safety in this activity, and You are willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.


Voyages Hub’s liability for any loss, damage, or injury, whether to property, physical or mental, arising from its own acts, omissions, or negligence, is limited to the amount you paid to Voyages Hub for the services in relation to which you are making a claim.


You agree to indemnify and save Voyages Hub harmless against any liability, actions (including legal fees), claims, losses, costs, and damages, that Voyages Hub may incur, sustain or pay to arise out of or in connection with your negligent or intentional act or omission, in relation to any incident alleged to have occurred in destination and/or in relation to services provided by Voyages Hub.


These Terms and Conditions are binding on all travelers in your party and on each of their estates, heirs, successors, and legal personal representatives.

Payment of your deposit will signify your agreement to all of the clauses in this general information, terms, and conditions.





Errors and Omissions

We endeavor to ensure that all the information and prices both on our website and in any advertising material that we publish are accurate, however occasionally changes and errors occur, and Voyages Hub is not responsible for such errors. If a mistake is made in billing, we reserve the right to correct the invoice and you will be responsible for proper payment.


In the event that any clause in this agreement is determined to be invalid, the remaining provisions are valid and enforceable. The invalid provision shall be replaced by Voyages Hub Tours Inc by a clause as similar as practicable.


You have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents and certify that You are 18 years of age or older. You are aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between yourself and Voyages Hub Tours Inc and agree of your own free will.  You agree to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Voyages Hub Tours Inc’s Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk Clause for yourself, each member of your traveling party, and any minor children accompanying you.


Agreement between Customer and Voyages Hub Tours Inc.: www.voyageshub.com is offered to you, the customer, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of www.voyageshub.com constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

We reserve the right to update or alter these Terms at any time. We will post amendments to these Terms on our website at https://www.voyageshub.com/terms-and-conditions, and any amendment will take effect immediately upon posting.


By making a reservation with Voyages Hub, you hereby acknowledge, on your own behalf and on behalf of all of the people for whom you make the booking, that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions contained herein for yourself and all of those people.
