- Starting from the booking date until 17th February, 2025, a cancellation will incur a $500 per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit fee plus any interruption insurance costs if bought.
- From February 18, 2025 to April 28, 2025, canceling will result in the 50% of the tour price being charged as cancellation with no possibility of a refund.
- From April 29, 2025 to July 27, 2025, canceling will result in the full tour price being charged as cancellation with no possibility of a refund.
