Entry Requirement: To enter Canada (or the U.S. on the tour extension), it is essential for both U.S. and Canadian citizens to hold a valid passport with an expiration date extending at least six months beyond the reentry date. Non-U.S. or Canadian citizens should contact the consulate of their destination country to ascertain specific entry requirements. U.S. citizens are required to have valid government-issued identification for air travel within the United States. Starting May 7, 2025, state-issued IDs or driver's licenses for air travel must meet Real ID requirements. Real ID-compliant versions will display a yellow or black star, a white star inside a yellow or black circle, or a white star inside a bear in the top right-hand corner. Further information can be found at dhs.gov. Similarly, Canadian citizens must have valid government-issued identification for air travel within Canada.

Baggage: It's crucial to note that each traveler is limited to one checked bag and one carry-on bag due to limited storage space on motor coaches and other modes of transportation, including train connections or flights, that are part of the tour. For specific information regarding baggage size and weight restrictions, including details about on-tour flights and round-trip flights to and from the tour, kindly reach out to your airline(s) directly. Please be aware that the baggage limits for the included on-tour flights may be more stringent. Additionally, some airlines may impose extra charges if you opt to check baggage or exceed size and weight limitations. It is your responsibility to cover any baggage fees incurred on all flights. Tipping and Gratuity: After your tour, it is customary to give a gratuity to your Tour Director and driver in the local currency. When providing tips, please take into account the prevailing exchange rates. We recommend tipping your Tour Director an equivalent of USD 8 to USD 10 per person per day and your driver an equivalent of USD 3 per person per day. If you had local guides during the tour, it is also suggested to give them an amount equal to USD 2 per person. Please be aware that gratuities can only be settled in cash.

Cancellation Policy

• From the date of booking to 145 days before departure: $300 per person Non-Refundable / Non-transferrable Deposit + interruption insurance cost (if purchased) + Cost of Air ticket if issued
• 144-90 days before departure: 50% of the cost per person
• 89 days or fewer before departure: No refund is available.
