Welcome to Sri Lanka. Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your hotel in Colombo. The rest of the day is free at leisure.
Overnight in Colombo
After breakfast, set out on a comprehensive sightseeing tour of Colombo, Sri Lanka’s vibrant commercial capital. The tour begins with a visit to the Colombo National Museum, home to a rich collection of artifacts representing Sri Lanka’s cultural heritage. You will then drive past the historic Colombo Fort area and the Old Parliament Building before heading towards the bustling Pettah Bazaar, where locals trade everything from textiles to spices. Continue to Independence Memorial Hall, a national monument set in a quiet, green square, ideal for photos. A visit to the beautifully maintained Gangaramaya Temple, which blends modern architecture with cultural heritage, offers deeper insight into local religious life. Later, enjoy some leisure time exploring shopping centers such as ODEL or the stylish boutiques of the Barefoot Gallery. After a fulfilling day of sightseeing, you will return to your hotel to relax.
Overnight in Colombo
After breakfast, leave Colombo and head towards the cultural capital of Kandy, a scenic drive of approximately three and a half hours. Along the way, you may choose to stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to see elephants bathing and being cared for. On arrival in Kandy, check into your hotel and relax before embarking on an afternoon city tour. The main highlight is the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of the most revered Buddhist temples in the world. A pleasant walk around Kandy Lake and a visit to a local gem museum or an evening cultural dance performance can also be included depending on your interest.
Overnight in Kandy
After breakfast, depart for Nuwara Eliya, often referred to as "Little England" for its colonial architecture and cool climate. The journey takes approximately two and a half hours, offering beautiful views of rolling tea plantations and waterfalls. En route, stop at Ramboda Falls and visit a working tea factory to learn about Sri Lanka's world-famous tea production. Upon arrival in Nuwara Eliya, enjoy a relaxed city tour, taking in sights such as Gregory Lake, the colonial Post Office, and the peaceful Victoria Park. Optional visits to Seetha Amman Temple can also be arranged. The rest of the evening is free for leisure.
Overnight in Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, depart Nuwara Eliya and travel back to Colombo, a journey of approximately five to five and a half hours. Along the way, you may pause briefly at viewpoints offering spectacular views of St. Clair’s and Devon Falls. Upon arrival in Colombo, enjoy some free time for last-minute shopping or relaxation at your hotel.
Overnight in Colombo
After breakfast and checkout, you will be transferred to Colombo International Airport for your onward flight. You leave with wonderful memories of Sri Lanka’s stunning landscapes, rich culture, and warm hospitality.

- 144-120 days before departure: 50% of the cost per person
- 119- 60 days before departure: 80% of the cost per person
- 59 days or fewer before departure: No refund is available.

Kandy’s Temple of the Tooth was awe-inspiring, and the evening cultural performance was a highlight. Nuwara Eliya felt like a serene escape with its tea plantations and waterfalls.
