Afternoon: Prepare to explore the beauty of the sand dunes in the Lehbab desert on this desert safari tour from Dubai in a 4x4 Land Cruiser. 

In a 4WD vehicle, your safari guide will pick you up from your hotel. On the way, sit back and enjoy the desert scenery. Your tour begins with a drive through the desert.  The desert rest area will be your first stop. As the convoy approaches, take a 25-minute break. While you wait, your safari guide will air down the vehicle's tyres for better driving conditions. On-site, you can choose to participate in an optional quad bike experience.

Then, embark on an exciting 30-45-minute dune drive across the desert. Feel the rush as your driver rides through sand dunes and shows you remnants of Bedouin empires.

Begin your day with a delightful buffet breakfast at the hotel and then embark on a full-day guided tour to explore one of the Seven Wonders of the world - the Great Pyramids of Giza. These pyramids, which include Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus, were once considered by the Greeks to be a marvel of the world. It is astonishing to learn that a single pyramid is constructed from 2.3 million blocks, each weighing around two and a half tons. The sheer enormity of this architectural wonder is enough to leave one in awe, a feeling that countless writers and artists have tried to capture throughout the centuries. The Cheops Pyramid is especially fascinating as its interior burial chambers are open to the public for inspection.

Located close to the Pyramids is the Great Sphinx of Giza, which dates back to the time of Chephren (2620 BC). This incredible statue, made from natural yellowish limestone and standing at a height of 65 feet and length of 187 feet, is a unique combination of a Pharaoh's head with a lion's body. After visiting the Pyramids, you can take a quick trip to the papyrus institute or a perfume shop.

Lunch will be at a local restaurant, and after that, you will be transported back to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and unwind at your own pace.

Overnight in Cairo

Following your breakfast at the Cairo hotel, our representative will transport you to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon reaching Aswan, you will be escorted to the Cruise ship. Following check-in, indulge in a delicious lunch and then proceed to visit The High Dam. This dam was erected in 1960 AD by the Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser to protect Egypt from the flooding of the Nile River.

After that, you will board a motorboat and sail on the Nile to reach the Temple of Philae. This temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, was constructed during the Graeco-Roman period. Your next stop will be The Unfinished Obelisk, which was created from red granite and was dedicated to the god Amun Ra. Once you've completed your tour, you will return to your Cruise ship. The rest of the evening is at your leisure to explore on your own.

You will have dinner and spend the night onboard the Cruise ship.

Overnight on Board the Cruise

You have the morning to yourself in Aswan to do as you wish. For those interested, we highly recommend our optional excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site called the "Nubian Monuments".

For those who choose to remain onboard, you can enjoy breakfast and then join your Egyptologist tour guide to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris. After returning to the ship, you can enjoy your lunch while admiring the beautiful scenery of the Nile. In the afternoon, you can take a chariot ride to visit the well-preserved Temple of Horus in Edfu with your tour guide. After the tour, you will return to the ship and spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing onboard. Dinner will be served on the ship, followed by an entertaining Egyptian Folkloric Show party in the evening.

Overnight on Board the Cruise

In the morning, we will visit the Edfu Temple, which is devoted to the deity Horus, before having breakfast. After that, the cruise ship will sail to Esna, where we will cross the famous floodgate. Once we reach Luxor, the grand city that was once the capital and known as Thebes, we will explore two of the most impressive temples in Egypt - the Luxor and Karnak temples, which were separated in ancient times by a three-kilometer-long avenue lined with Sphinxes. We will have lunch there and spend the night anchored in Luxor.

Overnight on Board the Cruise

After breakfast, we will check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be transferred to the hotel.  You can opt to join to visit to Khan el Khalili bazaar, the ideal place for some last-minute souvenir shopping.

Morning you will be picked up from your hotel in Cairo to take you to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. Located in Old Cairo, the museum showcases 50,000 artifacts and will tell you the story of Egyptian heritage and culture. Next, you will visit Saladin Citadel, built in 1183. This huge structure protected Cairo from several enemy attacks. Admire the beautiful city views of Cairo and the desert from the citadel. Listen to interesting stories about its construction and history from your guide. Then, it’s time to enjoy an authentic lunch at a local restaurant. Move to visit the Egyptian Museum, which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest and most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen's collection of treasure, gold, and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1920s when his tomb was discovered. Upon arrival in Jordan, stay vigilant at Amman airport to locate the Travel Talk sign for your transfer to the hotel. After freshening up, gather in the lobby around 6:00 pm for a casual meeting with your guide and fellow tour companions. Following the meeting, you'll have the opportunity to freely explore the lively city of Amman or opt to join an optional group dinner. 

Indulge in a hearty breakfast before embarking on a full day of exploration. Join your guide for an inclusive city tour of Amman, which encompasses visits to the Citadel and Amphitheatre. Following this, journey towards Ajloun to explore the castle ruins and the remarkable ancient city of Jerash. Replete with magnificent Greco-Roman ruins, this area has been inhabited since the Bronze Age. Return to Amman in the evening.

Today, we'll head towards our campsite in the Wadi Rum Desert. Take advantage of free time to wander and unwind or participate in an optional camel trek, traversing the surreal desert landscapes. As evening falls, relish a traditional Jordanian dinner beneath the starlit sky. Then, engage in music and dance around the campfire, providing an opportunity to connect and acquaint ourselves with the locals of Wadi Rum.

Start the day with an inclusive Jeep safari across the expansive and rugged terrains of the desert. Later in the afternoon, bid farewell to Wadi Rum as we journey towards the awe-inspiring Lost City of Petra. Acknowledged as one of the esteemed 7 Wonders of the World, Petra is an incredible spectacle, carved out of rose-colored rock. Upon arrival in Petra, take some free time to unwind and settle in before considering an optional Petra by Night tour in the evening. This enchanting experience offers the first glimpse of the ancient city illuminated by over 1,500 glimmering candles, creating a truly magical ambiance.
